Common questions
Is this legal?
Yes. We are a registered travel agency and we place a real reservation in an airline’s system, the same way any agency does. What we sell is a booking that has not been paid for as a ticket, and it expires by itself. Nothing about it is edited or invented.
Will a consulate accept it?
Many accept a reservation as proof of onward travel; some ask for a paid ticket instead. We cannot promise how any office will decide. Check what your destination asks for before you order, because a refusal is not a reason we can refund.
Can I board a flight with this?
No. This is a reservation, not a ticket: no fare has been paid and no seat is held for travel. If you need to fly, buy a ticket from the airline. We say this here, on the home page and next to the pay button, because it is the one thing people misread.
How soon do I get it?
Normally within 10 minutes of payment. You get a confirmation email straight away, then a second email with the booking reference and the confirmation file. If you chose a scheduled send, the clock starts at the time you picked.
How long is it valid, and what happens after?
You choose the period at checkout; the shortest is 48 hours. When it ends, the airline releases the booking and the reference stops resolving. It is not renewed automatically, and we do not extend an existing reservation.
Can I get a refund?
If we could not create the reservation, we refund you without being asked. If the reservation was issued and delivered, the order is complete and is not refundable — including when a consulate refuses your application. The full list is on the refund page.
