The questions people actually ask before ordering, answered in the same words as the terms.
Is this legitimate?
Is this legal?
Yes. We are a registered travel agency and we place a real reservation in an airline’s system, the same way any agency does. What we sell is a booking that has not been paid for as a ticket, and it expires by itself. Nothing about it is edited or invented.
Will a consulate accept it?
Many accept a reservation as proof of onward travel; some ask for a paid ticket instead. We cannot promise how any office will decide. Check what your destination asks for before you order, because a refusal is not a reason we can refund.
How is this different from an edited ticket?
An edited ticket is a picture file: there is nothing behind it to look up. Ours is a booking that exists in the airline’s system, made by an agency that is accountable for it, and anyone can check the reference on the airline’s own website.
Can I look it up on the airline’s website?
Yes, while it is valid. Enter the six-character booking reference and the passenger surname in the airline’s “manage booking” page. After the validity period ends the airline releases the booking and the reference stops resolving.
How it works
Can I board a flight with this?
No. This is a reservation, not a ticket: no fare has been paid and no seat is held for travel. If you need to fly, buy a ticket from the airline. We say this here, on the home page and next to the pay button, because it is the one thing people misread.
How soon do I get it?
Normally within 10 minutes of payment. You get a confirmation email straight away, then a second email with the booking reference and the confirmation file. If you chose a scheduled send, the clock starts at the time you picked.
What exactly do I get?
A six-character booking reference and an itinerary confirmation as a PDF. The file shows the passenger names, the flight number, the date and time, and the departure and arrival airports — the same details the airline holds.
How long is it valid, and what happens after?
You choose the period at checkout; the shortest is 48 hours. When it ends, the airline releases the booking and the reference stops resolving. It is not renewed automatically, and we do not extend an existing reservation.
How should the names be written?
Exactly as printed in the passport: family name and given names, without accents or punctuation. Family name and given name together cannot exceed 40 characters, and two passengers in one order cannot have the same full name. The name on the reservation has to match the document you show.
Can I book for my whole family?
Yes, from 1 to 5 passengers in one order, infants included. Every order needs at least one adult, and there cannot be more infants than adults. Everyone in the order travels on the same flights.
If something goes wrong
I mistyped a name. What now?
Write to us with your order code as soon as you notice. Before the reservation is issued we can usually correct it. Once it has been issued the name is in the airline’s system and the order is complete, so a correction means a new order.
The email did not arrive. What now?
Check the spam folder first, then open your order page from the link in the confirmation email, where the reference and the file are also available. If neither shows anything after 10 minutes, write to us with your order code.
Can I get a refund?
If we could not create the reservation, we refund you without being asked. If the reservation was issued and delivered, the order is complete and is not refundable — including when a consulate refuses your application. The full list is on the refund page.
I need it for longer than I booked.
Choose a longer validity period at checkout; the options and their surcharges are on the pricing section of the home page. An existing reservation cannot be extended, so a longer period means placing a new order.
