Terms of service

1. Who we are

The service is operated by Onward Bookings Example Ltd, registration number EXAMPLE-000000, registered at 1 Example Street, Example City. We act as a registered travel agency and place reservations in airline systems on your behalf.

“We”, “us” and “our” mean that company. “You” means the person who places an order, whether for themselves or for other passengers.

2. What we sell

2.1 The reservation

You buy a flight reservation held in the airline’s own system, with a six-character booking reference that can be checked on the airline’s website. You receive the reference and an itinerary confirmation as a PDF, normally within 10 minutes of payment.

• Passenger names exactly as you enter them at checkout
• Flight number, date and time, departure and arrival airports
• The validity period you selected at checkout

2.2 What it is not

A reservation is not an airline ticket. It cannot be used to board a flight, it carries no fare and no seat, and it expires automatically at the end of its validity period. If you need to fly, buy a ticket from the airline.

3. Booking and payment

3.1 Prices

The price shown on a flight card is the total for everyone in the order, with the passenger count on the line below it. The price you see at the payment step is the price you pay; nothing is added afterwards. Currency conversion, if your card is issued in another currency, is done by your bank at its own rate. The current prices are listed in the Pricing section of the home page.

3.2 Payment methods

We accept cards and PayPal. Card details are entered in the payment provider’s own field and never reach our servers. An order is confirmed only once the payment provider reports the payment as successful.

3.3 Order steps

1. 01You search a route and choose a flight from real scheduled departures.
2. 02You enter passenger details as they appear in the passport.
3. 03You pay, and we place the reservation with the airline.
4. 04The reference and confirmation file arrive by email.

4. Validity and expiry

Every reservation has a validity period chosen at checkout. When it ends, the airline releases the booking and the reference stops resolving. The table below applies to both this page and the Refund policy.

5. Changes and refunds

Route and date changes are treated as a new order.

If a reservation was issued and delivered, the order is complete and not refundable. Full conditions are in the Refund policy.

6. Your responsibilities

• Enter passenger names exactly as printed in the passport.
• Give an email address you can read; the confirmation is sent there once.
• Check the entry requirements that apply to you before ordering.
• Do not present a reservation as a paid ticket.

7. Liability

We are responsible for issuing a valid reservation that matches your order. We are not responsible for the decision of a consulate, border officer or airline, nor for airline schedule changes after issue. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not allow that limit.
